The main reason why there are so many dietary theories out there is because we are all different. What may work for one person may work against another. It’s important that we learn to listen to our bodies and discover what is good for each of us.
Diets also fail when we are prescribed a list of what to eat and what to avoid. This may work in the short term, but unless we make sustainable behavior changes, we will fall back to our old habits.
